How It Works

  1. Call Us — We discuss your goals, medical history, and answer all your questions. No front-desk gatekeeping; you speak directly with your provider.
  2. Get Labs — We order a comprehensive baseline blood panel. You can complete it at a nearby Quest Diagnostics location or through an at-home draw.
  3. Video Consult — We review your labs together, build your personalized treatment plan, and get you started on the right dose of Zepbound® (tirzepatide).
  4. Receive Treatment — Your FDA-approved Zepbound® medication and all supplies are shipped directly to your door from Eli Lilly. We monitor your progress and adjust dosing every month.

What Makes Us Different

  • Direct Provider Access — Text, call, email, or video chat directly with your provider—not a call center. Immediate responses, always.
  • Proactive Lab Monitoring — Quarterly blood panels included in your monthly fee. We track your metabolic health and adjust your protocol proactively.
  • FDA-Approved Medication — We prescribe only authentic Zepbound® (tirzepatide) sourced directly from Eli Lilly—never compounded alternatives.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I communicate directly with my provider?

You can reach us via text, phone call, email, or secure video call at any time. Whether you have a quick clinical question or need to discuss your protocol, we are always available to give an immediate response.

What's included in the $125/month Weight Loss program?

Your monthly fee covers the lab costs, provider consultations, treatment monitoring, and dosage adjustments. Medication cost is additional and paid directly to Eli Lilly.

Do you accept insurance, Medicare or Medicaid?

We operate as a strictly cash-pay practice. This model allows us to prioritize your care, privacy, and results without the constraints or interference of third-party payers. Consequently, we do not accept or bill insurance for provider services, laboratory testing, or medications. Furthermore, due to strict federal guidelines, we cannot accept out-of-pocket cash payments from individuals who are currently enrolled in or eligible for Medicare or Medicaid.

How often do I need lab work?

We require blood work every 3 months while you are on treatment to track your metabolic health, prevent any potential deficiencies, and adjust your protocol as needed.

Why prescribe directly from Eli Lilly?

We source directly from Eli Lilly so that you know exactly what you're getting: safe, genuine, FDA-approved Zepbound. GLP-1 medications from compounding pharmacies are not FDA-approved and do not undergo the same strict quality control. By prescribing straight from the manufacturer, we ensure your treatment is always authentic and safe.

How do I receive my medication and supplies?

Once your treatment plan is finalized, your medication and all necessary supplies (needles, syringes, alcohol pads) are shipped directly to your door directly from Eli Lilly. Refills are coordinated with Eli Lilly each month, so you never have to worry about visiting a pharmacy or clinic for your refills.

What states do you serve?

We currently serve patients in Florida and North Carolina. All consultations, follow-ups, and ongoing care are conducted via telemedicine, and medications are shipped directly to your door.
